In the previous solutions, module T300/T400 is a specific technology to help to control the crane of the close circle, combines with SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES and SIMOREG DC MASTER. With the help of technology T300/T400 and the specific software are designed for crane so the technical functions are added without the direction of the control transmission (Drive Unit).

The new solution for applying SIMCRANE had the technical functions. SIMOCRANE is a software and hardware system package, supports to have the maximum productivity for crane.

The new foundation SIMOCRANE bases on the combination of SIMATIC with SIMOTION with SINAMICS and apply for the crane port and the crane industry. All functions are separated clearly in the process.

                                       

 
Simatic: PLC with module I/O, module function controls overview of the process, makes function logic… to collect and settle the information of the system.

Simotion: is the combination of 3 kinds: motion control with 2 other function control in most application – PLC function and technology function.

Sinamics: is the variation of the control of the close circle about speed, momen, position…

                             


Technology function is used

Load-dependent field weakening: depending on loading capacity can correct acceleration function automatically to increase the productivity.

Prelimit switch: integrated function for the switches limits speed

Start Pulse: the automatic adjustment increase momen to avoid the “flow loading” phenomenon in taking down and increase momen in raising.

Change over HDFW: adjust the acceleration time and decrease speed in no weight and full weight.

Current distribution monitoring: oversee the electric current in master/slave.

Master switch: install the speed control from Joystick to avoid increasing expectedly in the start-up sequence.

Anti-slip control: solve the sliding wheel problem by using Eternal Encoder, if the limited speed is incorrect, the acceleration speed of structure will be influenced.

Monitoring the overspeed: oversee the alert speed and cut security when appearing the overspeed phenomenon (losing control about speed).

Slewing velocity dependent on the length of overhang: guarantee the speed of structure which depend radius of working in order to maintain the long speed – constant.

Accel Change Slew Gear: the length increases, Slewing’s momen also increases in acceleration, its purpose avoids to overspeed, the time of increasing and reducing speed are adjusted linearly with the length.

Time – optimized positioning for a single axis: Drive can move to position quickly and exactly with the maximum speed, acceleration and reduce speed.

Master-slave torque control: using Master –slave when 2 engines attach to axis together. Master works in controlling the position of the close circle or momen. Master sends value from momen to slave.

Synchronous operation: if 2 engines attach to capacity together, synchronous system will be used. Depending on the working system, master and slave are working on the position or the speed of the close circle. Slave multiplies value in speed or position from master through ratio (gear ratio 1:1).
